Responsibilities

Performs technical, administrative, and analytical duties related to the formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review of Agency appropriations.
Provides oversight and support for budget functions, applying expert knowledge of budget and program principles.
Participates in monthly and quarterly execution review processes, monitors fund execution status, and reports to Program Managers and Directorate Leadership.
Establishes and maintains communication with Program Managers and Directorate Leadership to facilitate data flow on assigned programs.
Evaluates financial plans for consistency with program baselines and requirements.
Receives fund control documents, distributes funds, and ensures proper controls.
Utilizes automated systems to reflect changes in fund status.

Must be a U.S. citizen
