Responsibilities
Support the College's primary missions through effective financial management and reporting.
Prepare detailed financial summaries and analyses to aid decision-makers at various levels.
Monitor and reconcile financial activities across multiple funding sources.
Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with College policies.
Assist in developing annual operating and capital budgets, collaborating with departments to align with strategic goals.

Required
Associate's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or finance, with 3 or more years of experience.
Experience in fund accounting or higher education financial environments.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data querying methods.
