Responsibilities
Build Vendor relationships and support Delivery Vendor estimation process with SA team to provide best solution to business requirement.
Manage statement of work/work order (SOW/WO) process with recognized Delivery Vendor.
Support Engage team and PM to align across multiple partners.
Hold Delivery Vendors accountable for project deliverables.
Manage Hand Over to Support (HOTS) process and ensure smooth transition to IT ops working with all Delivery Vendors.
Lead request for proposal (RFP) to provide the best Delivery Vendor and solution to meet the business needs/Project timescales.
Act as specialist in domain solutions to provide approval for design ensuring best practices are used to meet business need where possible.
Contribute to architecture design documentation.
Sign off on design and build execution related project deliverables.
Influence Build team to successful project delivery ensuring escalation where required.

Required
Translate complex business needs into clear technology solutions and hold all service providers responsible to project outcome.
Partner with IT leaders and manage suppliers to design and deliver creative technology services.
Problem solve in timely, impactful, and cost-effective ways without sacrificing quality.
Balance both innovation, value, and best practices into all recommendations.
Deliver work based on BRM feedback of business priorities, whilst managing to strict schedules.

Lead our request for proposal (RFP) with preferred Delivery Vendors. Maintain our strong vendor relationships, negotiate, and hold Delivery Vendor accountable for contracted services.
Provide routine project build status updates to support Stakeholder updates, including steerco meetings.
Connect regularly with the business IT Stakeholders to discuss future demand pipeline and rough order of magnitude (ROM) requirements and provide managed service provider (MSP) visibility.
PLM applications – Dassault’s 3DExperience (with experience with configuring and data migrations)
CAD systems – use of CATIA v6, CREO, and NX with Dassault’s 3DExperience
