Responsibilities
Lead capital-raising efforts across three distinct product lines: Development Fund II (•Target Returns 24% net IRR)•, Core Plus Fund I (13-14% net IRR target returns) & a Private Credit Fund
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key LPs, primarily focussing on RIA's and Family Offices
Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute strategic capital-raising initiatives.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to refine and enhance the firm's fundraising strategies.

Required
Proven experience in capital raising, with expertise in working with emerging managers in the multifamily or BTR sectors.
Established network of LP relationships, focussing primarily on RIA's but also Family Offices.
Track record of success in raising capital for Funds I, II, and III.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to contribute to a high-growth, niche-focused startup.
Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
