Responsibilities
Maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems including fan coil units, building loops, pumps, heat exchangers, and forced air components like VAV, circuit setters, and controls.
Identify maintenance tasks or risks and coordinate with HVAC service contractors for repairs and installations.
Document maintenance activities using CMMS.
Perform basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and miscellaneous maintenance tasks as needed.
Respond to emergencies or work up to 16 hours for emergencies or special projects.
