Responsibilities
Operating, completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on various building systems including HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, refrigeration equipment, Chillers, Coax, Building Management System (BMS), Water Purification Systems, Plumbing Systems, and boilers.
Working with a team of engineers to address maintenance issues in a timely manner to keep the building in optimal condition.

Required
Must hold Class A Engineer’s License
Commercial building maintenance experience, 5-10 years minimum
Customer Service minded individual is required
Experience using a CMMS
