Responsibilities
Keep facilities in top shape to provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Address emergency repairs and perform routine inspections to prevent issues.
Implement energy-saving measures and contribute to cost-effective building operations.
Study and understand blueprints.
Act as a team leader for various maintenance projects.

Required
Third (3rd) class refrigeration license.
Journeyman HVAC mechanical license.
Electrical Journeyman license.
Boiler High-pressure license or above.
Journeyman plumbing with heating/cooling experience of three (3) years.
A minimum of one (1) of the above with five to eight (5-8) years of experience in maintenance of a large industrial or institutional facility
