Responsibilities
Keep facilities in top shape to provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
Address emergency repairs and perform routine inspections to prevent issues.
Implement energy-saving measures and contribute to cost-effective building operations.
Study and understand blueprints.
Act as a team leader for various maintenance projects.

Required
Possess third class refrigeration license
Journeyman HVAC mechanical license
Electrical journeyman license
Boiler high-pressure license or above
Journeyman plumbing with heating/cooling experience of at least three years
5-8 years of experience in maintenance of a large industrial or institutional facility
Team player with strong communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with programmable logic controllers: 1 year
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year
Willingness to travel up to 25%
