Responsibilities
Perform engineering maintenance and repair activities as required.
Utilize software-based tenant request system to troubleshoot problems and enhance tenant comfort.
Ensure preventive maintenance is scheduled and performed effectively.
Promote energy conservation and awareness.
Oversee vendors and contractors to maintain building systems.
Support with construction activities and capital projects.
Enforce life safety and emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Monitor environmental practices and maintain accurate records.

Required
Experience – Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in building operations. Strong “hands on” troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Education – High School diploma (equivalent) or trade school certificate emphasizing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and building control systems.
Certifications - Relevant state/local license for HVAC preferred, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license, OSHA, ACM awareness and BOMA accredited course certifications desirable.
