Responsibilities

Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives related to building operations and work safety.

Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Possesses a working knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety procedures.

Assists with preventive maintenance for all electrical equipment.

Possesses a working knowledge of HVAC systems and central plant operations.

Performs inspections and maintenance on building mechanical equipment.

Maintains life safety systems and records.

Maintains supplies, tools, and orders necessary materials.

Oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of building and site systems.

Assists in monitoring contractors, inspecting work, and generating deficiency lists.

Completes tenant requests, repair work, and related records.

Available for various shifts, extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Assists in monitoring and implementing OSHA requirements.

Performs other assigned duties.
