Responsibilities
Provide leadership in pursuit of management and technology as the company enhances its Business, Information, Application, and Technology Service offerings to deliver higher value-based services and capabilities in line with market demands.
Work across business, engineering, IT, and operations domains, understanding customer requirements, and effectively articulating solutions and capturing strategies to address those needs.
Collaborate with Business Units and closely engage with Business Development, Capture, Proposal, and Operations teams to recommend suitable technology and business solutions for both existing and potential customers, aligning with opportunities to expand the current business portfolio.
Develop pursuit solutions, define Service Delivery CONOPS, and assist in strategic proposal development, technical writing and reviews.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with customer cost and price-to-win objectives while effectively communicating these solutions across all proposal artifacts.
Keep abreast of technology trends and partner with OEMs to recommend future solutions and service offerings.
Continually analyze industry technology and innovation directions, recommending investments to develop solutions and service offerings aligned with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate across TBP to leverage core capabilities and competencies, coordinate technology activities to enhance competitive positioning, and develop new and emerging capabilities.
Design and develop smart building solutions that integrate various building systems, including HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the implementation of smart building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Analyze and interpret data from smart building systems to provide insights and recommendations for improving building performance.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 Years experience in designing and implementing smart building systems.
Strong knowledge of building automation systems, IoT technologies, and data analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred
Project management experience is a plus.
