Responsibilities
Perform accurate research and analysis.
Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal and environmental documents and reports.
Maintain daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
Prepare and format business and management reports.
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
Respond to all business-related queries.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
Prepare and file permits and licenses documents.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist with business research.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare correspondence, such as letters, memos, and emails.
Communicate with clients and other business professionals to schedule meetings and share information.
Manage business-related information and documents.
Process invoices and billing, and track payments.
Assist in business preparation by preparing binders and exhibits for business expansion.

Required
Proven experience as a business administrative assistant.
Knowledge of business, legal, and environmental terminology, regulations, and systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with business technology.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Associates degree in business studies or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Passing a state A/B operator test is required.
