Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements for financial systems, including Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec.
Identify opportunities to optimize financial planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
Work with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions leveraging Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec.
Support system configuration, implementation, and customization to meet business needs.
Ensure alignment of solutions with best practices and business goals.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify and resolve issues, ensuring quality and accuracy in system outputs.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide end-user training and create documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.
Provide ongoing support for Anaplan, Pigment, and Vertec, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify areas for innovation.
