Responsibilities

Document current business processes and workflows to support the transition to new applications such as HubSpot and Chargebee.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process gaps during migration.

Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all processes related to CRM, billing, and data workflows.

Provide strategic input to ensure a seamless migration to HubSpot and Chargebee.

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve challenges.

Develop training materials and user guides to assist teams post-migration.
