Responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders (product owners, business leaders, development leads, etc.) to gather and document business requirements for new features and product enhancements for both SaaS and mobile applications.
Lead discussions, interviews, and workshops to identify business needs and requirements. Drive the process of clarifying and refining requirements through continuous collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize features in the product backlog. Ensure timely delivery of user stories in each sprint.
Clearly document requirements in user-friendly formats such as user stories, business process models, use cases, and wireframes (if applicable). Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project scope, goals, and timelines.
Analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements. Work with the development and UX/UI teams to ensure that all requirements are feasible and align with the product vision.
Foster effective communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other departments (e.g., QA, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.
Assist in validating solutions by creating test cases, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring that the delivered solution meets business requirements and user expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for SaaS and mobile application development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira.
Experience working with product owners, designers, developers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver projects in iterative cycles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Confluence, Visio, Balsamiq, or other documentation and wireframing tools is a plus.
