Required
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
Claim management and claim adjudication platforms experience
Lead research and analysis on products to define and document product vision and strategy
Maintain auditing and regulatory compliance of product requirements
Anticipate customer needs and provide value-based solutions
Contribute to financial analysis for product initiatives and roadmaps
Lead in the development and delivery of presentations to various organizational roles and hierarchy levels
Mentor, guide, and develop less experienced Program Analysts
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claim management and claim adjudication platforms
Comfort with data analysis and synthesis, executive-level communications, and PowerPoint
Advanced business analysis and Agile training
Business Analysis Certifications such as the IIBA CBAP, CCBA, CPOA (or others)
Agile Certification (such as Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
At least 3 years of experience working on an Agile Team
At least 3-5 years of practical experience in business analysis
