Responsibilities
Explore and evaluate current systems
Define system requirements
Interact with users to understand their needs and track additional requirements and features
Work together with the development team to bring features to market
Analyze changes by testing programs
Support and train users on new system features, etc.
Ensure deadlines and requirements are met
Stay current on market and technical developments
Become SME for assigned features/areas of the overall product suite

Required
5+ years' experience working as a Business Systems Analyst
Experienced in commercial software development, testing and documentation
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills – able to explain technical details to various audiences
A bachelor's degree in a relevant area
Experience in insurance or financial industry, preferably commercial surety bonds
Understanding of Azure DevOps or Jira to manage requirements in the Scrum process
