Responsibilities

Work with global business, IT, and leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Coordinates with project teams to understand business needs and work with technical teams to coordinate project deliverables.

Coordinates and works on multiple cross-functional base work initiatives and projects.

Create, maintain, and manage detailed project plans to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Coordinates in short- and long-term project efforts with stakeholders and IT groups.

Partner with peers, internal customers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and constraints.

Create training material as needed.

Function as a focal point for Business Analysis and project communication and status throughout weekly and monthly reports to the IT director and other department members as needed.

Prepare status reporting on a periodic basis for review by others within the company.

Writes and/or maintains certain technical documentation for project-related requirements.

Manage application service and enhancement requests from users.

Occasional travel to remote sites for to provide assessment or other direct support relating to technology project or support responsibility.

Other duties as required.
