Responsibilities

Seek feedback and identify opportunities to modify processes

Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs

Analyze and collaborate on product solution options

Support the product vision, roadmap, and product growth opportunities

Navigate and lead through a complex matrix organization to deliver outcomes

Document Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) acceptance criteria

Develop and execute product analysis plans

Assess risks considering external and internal factors for all product development or change

Perform user acceptance testing/ QA of solutions

Support operational readiness activities

Monitor progress against KPIs, OKRs, performance SLAs

Support financial analysis for product initiatives and roadmaps

Stay current on product analysis and business analysis industry standard practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study with 2+ years of proven BA/PA experience, or 4+ years of experience without a degree

Advanced business analysis and Agile training

Business Analysis Certifications (IIBA CBAP or CCBA, CPOA, etc.)

Agile Certification (such as Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)

Experience working directly with customer base/Consumer experience

Excellent communication, collaboration, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

At least 2 years of experience working on an Agile Team

At least 2-4 years of practical experience in performing core Product Analysis tasks
