Responsibilities
Provide analytical and business support for the Virtual Care Institute, focusing on data integrity and financial analysis
Assist in business case development and planning for the integration of new technologies
Stay informed on reimbursement trends for virtual care and recommend improvement initiatives
Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to drive strategic development and prioritization
Ensure compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulations

Required
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Finance, IT, Human Resources, Benefits, or Accounting
Experience in data/information analysis with strong financial and critical thinking skills
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within an academic medical center or physician practice
Previous supervisory work experience
Project management experience
Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR), preferably Cerner
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
