Responsibilities

Identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful product delivery.

Analyze historical trends and synthesize data to identify new insights and perspectives.

Collect, analyze, and document business processes, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Serve as a liaison between business partners and application development and business intelligence teams.

Document existing workflow processes and systems, recommend potential improvements, and assist in designing solutions.

Track and resolve system issues to ensure processes run smoothly.

Map system functions and data elements from existing systems into new systems.

Write detailed user stories and test cases.

May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.

Travel to Dallas, Texas office as needed, less than 5% of the time.
