Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Develop detailed functional specifications and business cases for proposed solutions.

Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements or new solutions.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and strategy development.

Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and use cases.

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and data analysis.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and project management software.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages is a plus.

Federal Experience is a plus.

Required Security clearance.
