Responsibilities

Work with external stakeholders to set up lead transmission (JSON payloads) via Zapier/APIs/AWS S3

Work with external stakeholders to set up data feedback loops on lead performance

Clean and store lead performance data in a consistent, scalable way

Support marketing and sales on ‘what if’ hypotheticals to understand impact of marketing channel expansions and new partner additions to network close rate health

Analyze changes that affect business revenue and margins, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making

Design and manage key performance reports and dashboards, leveraging advanced data analysis techniques with a focus on automation and scalability

Identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to department leaders, empowering them to make informed, data-driven decisions that support business growth

Required

Strong SQL and Excel skills

Familiarity with APIs and partner friendly integration tools like Zapier

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker

Experience with AWS & Mongo

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - able to explain complex concepts simply to external partners with little technical expertise

Preferred

Degree and/or coursework in Data Science is a plus

Preference for candidates in the South East United States.
