Responsibilities

Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with the accounting team and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems.

Analyze & Resolve: Identify system issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Liaison & Support: Act as a bridge between Microsoft support and end-users, managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolutions.

Customize & Configure: Tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to meet unique requirements, including workflows and financial reports customization.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize SQL skills for data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.

Upgrade & Enhance: Manage release upgrades and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth transitions.

Document & Train: Develop and maintain documentation, provide training for successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Contribute: Participate in other IT projects as assigned.
