Responsibilities

Attend, observe, and aggregate data around business deliverables and processes pertaining to changes implemented as a result of the ERP implementation.

Coordinate and provide guidance on all aspects of testing preparation including QA/QC ownership.

Develop comprehensive test scripts and procedures ensuring thorough documentation and testing of business procedures, leading to business solutions.

Perform testing on design prototypes.

Utilize extensive knowledge of ERP systems across various modules (AR, AP, purchasing, inventory management, IT, accounting, HR, allocations reporting, etc.) to support testing and implementation.

Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business processes to support data management for the ERP implementation assignment.

Maintain excellent organizational skills

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and project leadership team members.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, business management, or other related field

10+ years working within Enterprise Resource Planning systems or on Enterprise Resource Planning implementation projects (IFS experience strongly preferred)

10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Solutions Analyst, Accountant, Financial Analyst role, or a similar role

Detail oriented and highly organized

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
