Responsibilities
Understand user perspectives and relate them to development
Ensure user capabilities are fully understood and map out code that meets business needs
Gain a basic understanding of payment systems and transactions
Ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
Migrate internal legacy data to third-party systems
Collaborate with enterprise-level projects (preferred but not mandatory)
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members
Communicate effectively with strong personalities
Document requirements thoroughly and read between the lines
Understand technical language and terminology
Be proactive and confident in your work

Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong technical skills, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, and Jira
Ability to gather requirements effectively
Comfortable working with large teams and multiple teams
Articulate and able to have direct conversations
Proactive and confident in explaining your insights
Preferred
Preferably application-based experience
