Responsibilities
Work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation.
Be a general liaison between business and technical teams.
Work with test teams to ensure the creation of test scenarios and plans.
Expertise in multiple business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Create reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents.
Coordinate user acceptance testing.
Work with implementation teams to analyze defects.
Work on Agile projects (experience writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, stand-ups, product review sessions, backlog grooming meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning processes, and of automated testing processes)

Required
At least 5+ years of professional experience within a BA function.
Expertise in multiple business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation.
Be a general liaison between business and technical teams.
Work with test teams to ensure the creation of test scenarios and plans.
Create reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents.
Coordinate user acceptance testing.
Work with implementation teams to analyze defects.

Understand complex customer needs and translate them into stories with applicable acceptance criteria.
Write requirements, reports, specifications, plans and analysis.
Understanding of IT resources that are available and appropriate to help define and validate requirements and specifications for assigned projects.
Develop requirements through interviews, questions, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, role playing and prototyping.
Align and recommend solutions that align to organizations strategic goals.
Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees.
Revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool.
Preferred
Previous consulting experience a plus.
