Responsibilities

Support the Development team and building of clinical trial applications by:

Assisting in the management of project plans, including scope definition, build timelines, risk management, communication plans, creation of content/technical documentation, etc.

Defining, writing, and editing functional specifications based on customer needs

Planning and participating in internal and external meetings, including preparing minutes and associated materials

Liaising with internal functional teams and resources to carry out project and build requirements/tasks

Coordinating and working closely with Study Support to ensure sites, users, and equipment requests are addressed and entered in a timely fashion

Assist in the testing and validation of application as needed/required

Performing configuration activities for identified projects, as needed

Perform other duties or special projects as needed/required

Required

Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

1-3 years of clinical trials experience within a Clinical Research Site, CRO or eClinical service provider in a project management or business analyst role or other equivalent experience

Experience working with clients, ability to communicate to varying levels of internal and external personnel

Experience working in data collection and management systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working on global projects and cross-functional, multi-discipline teams

Working knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodology

Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and relevant FDA regulations
