Responsibilities
Collaborate with business owners to define and secure repository content, including object types, document types, security groups, and users.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify source systems creating repository content.
Develop selection criteria based on content attributes for identifying and segregating repository content.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers, enabling content redirection or extraction.
Create and execute test scripts and validation processes to ensure content extraction accuracy.
Lead and document testing sessions, capturing defects and issues for resolution.
Design and deliver training materials for end users on changes to repository content management processes.
Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure adoption of manual and systemic repository changes.
Support communication plans, change management strategies, and support plans for the repository separation initiative.
Deliver key project artifacts, including requirements documents, design specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
Lead project sessions to understand business processes, gather requirements, and drive testing efforts.

Required
Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within content management systems or repositories.
Strong understanding of content management principles, including object/document types, security groups, and repository structure.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Proficiency in creating test scripts, conducting validation processes, and managing defect resolution.
Experience developing and delivering training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with divestiture or separation projects is a plus.
Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
Experience with business process workflows and identifying source systems generating content.
Strong project management and documentation skills.
