Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and development teams.

Analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.

Create comprehensive and well-structured technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.

Ensure that technical documentation is clear, concise, and easily understandable by development teams.

Maintain and update documentation as product requirements evolve.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on product vision and technical implementation.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
