Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations on build or buy decisions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition of technologies.

Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.

Monitor and track the progress of technology transition projects.

Ensure compliance with DHS policies and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s and 10 years of experience; or Master’s and 5 years of experience with proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within DHS S&T.

Experience with the use and integration of ChatGPT and PowerBI in business processes.

Experience in process improvement.

U.S. Citizen

DHS Suitability or ability to obtain DHS Suitability (will be required to start work)

Experience working remote in a professional team environment

Preferred

Experience with technology scouting and evaluation.

Knowledge of project management principles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
