Responsibilities

Required

Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience with ServiceNow and Agile Methodologies
Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Experience with project management tools and techniques
