Responsibilities
Implement strategies and system improvement by analyzing business requirements and creating user-friendly workflows and visual training guides.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from the sales, client service, back office, accounting and marketing departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
Write and regularly update standard operating procedures to provide a centralized repository for the company’s internal processes.
Create business intelligence reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and presenting data to key stakeholders.
Conduct periodic data audits to proactively identify and address any data integrity issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the systems.
Perform administrative tasks related to internal technology, including user role verification, new user setups, task management, troubleshooting, and providing timely support to end-users.
Assist with the due diligence, development, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance of new technologies.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical issues to operations terminology so the business partners can understand risks and impacts.
Display a high degree of technical and professional competence with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions and manage projects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
3+ years Business Analyst experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, OneDrive, Outlook)
Preferred
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Orion is preferred
Knowledge of advanced Excel features and concepts, such as complex formulas, model development, and macros, is preferred
Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is preferred
