Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth business analysis for HR initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors projects, within a large corporate environment.
Elicit, document, and validate requirements, process flows, and user stories to ensure clarity and alignment.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and achieve project goals and deliverables.
Perform gap analyses to identify and recommend solutions for process improvements.
Provide ongoing support and insight throughout the project lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Required
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR or enterprise-scale projects.
Demonstrated expertise in HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Proven experience working in large, multi-billion-dollar organizations with complex business environments.
Exceptional documentation and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
