Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
Create process maps and use cases to guide product development.
Develop data visualizations and reports using Tableau and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
Use Python for data analysis and automating reporting tasks.
Manage project backlogs and track progress in Jira.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solution.

Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software development projects
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and use case development
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong data analysis skills, with experience in using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Python for reporting and data visualization
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers
A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope
