Responsibilities
Swaps Technology dev analyst/scrum master will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables.
Work directly with all members of the dev team, business users, and other development teams.
Communicate work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
Document requirements, analysis, and testing results.

Required
7+ years of experience
Only USC/GC/GC EAD
Understanding of equity trading; equity swaps
Understanding of BDD/TDD
Understanding of the development process/cycle
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally
Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment
Ability to navigate JIRA and Confluence docs
