Responsibilities

Gathering, defining, and documenting both business and functional requirements.

Writing user stories, developing business requirement documents, creating UI mock-ups, decision trees, and other visual diagrams to support development efforts aligned with the Product Roadmap.

Leveraging subject matter expertise to guide product development, refine action plans, and offer recommendations and best practice insights to colleagues.

Playing a leadership role, mentoring and guiding other business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Required

In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, standards, and best practices

Technical expertise with a solid understanding of software development, web technologies, and SDLC processes

Proficient in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices

Strong relationship management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others effectively
