Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems within the banking, fraud prevention, and payments domains
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define project scope
Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
Analyze fraud detection patterns, payment processing systems, and related data to support the development of strategies for mitigating risks and improving service delivery
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, technical specifications, and user stories
Use advanced Excel capabilities to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects

Required
Experience in banking, fraud prevention, and payments
Strong business analysis abilities
Ability to present complex insights in a clear and compelling manner
