Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of business operations, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Use data-driven methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform key business decisions
Create reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and present findings to senior management
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements and develop actionable recommendations
Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions to enhance systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure efficient and effective use of data and systems
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and implement changes as necessary
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of business operations and processes
Preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems and SQL is a plus
