Responsibilities

Actively engage in comprehensive training sessions that cover core business analysis skills, including data analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques. Training will be delivered through workshops, online modules, and mentorship.

Learn to analyze data to identify business trends, patterns, and insights. Develop basic reports and dashboards to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.

Assist senior analysts in identifying areas for process improvement. Help develop solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to identify issues, think critically, and propose practical solutions.
