Responsibilities

Analyse and document business requirements for healthcare applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop efficient solutions.

Integrate and interact with various healthcare APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.) to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Optimize existing processes and develop new features to improve systems.

Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, particularly those relevant to data exchange standards.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on healthcare.

In-depth experience with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other relevant data exchange standards.

Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, billing software, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
