Responsibilities
For NCMMS/Matrices cleanup, review current 652 matrices to ensure accuracy and the data is reflected within NCMMS correctly. (NCMMS has 9,000+ records)
For POTS Reconciliation/Logistics, review current POTS information and work as liaison with IDT (and various business lines) to reconcile information for Fire/Life Safety and Elevator POTS lines (7,100+ lines).
For Technical Writing for Processes and Procedures, help develop/update our documentation as it pertains to team processes.
Possess high attention to detail to document requirements, process flows, process recommendations, and identify and resolve data anomalies
Experience briefing management on the status of projects
Managing customer relationships, including establishing customer expectations and communicating with customers related to project components - scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, blockers, etc.
Leading working sessions with business line personnel (mostly non-technical) and sometimes more technical like other IT PMs and development/systems vendors / SMEs to formulate requirements
Excellent consulting acumen, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to multi-task analyzing information related to various medium to large scale initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders
Must be able to pass a US federal government background check prior to commencing work. This background check will be paid and conducted by the client federal agency.

Required
BS or BA with at least 5 years of experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good data skills such as performing data reconciliations
Experience interviewing and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience briefing senior management on the status of projects
Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
High attention to detail to document requirements, process flows, process recommendations, and identify and resolve data anomalies
