Responsibilities

Address and present complex ideas and concepts to users, business systems analysts, and management.
Develop and create business requirements, timelines, and project life cycle plans.
Maintain project targets and deadlines effectively.
Create process flows using Visio.
Utilize waterfall methodology and have familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts.
Possess IIBA certification or equivalent (a plus).
Have knowledge of interoperability, FHIR, and HL7 (good to have).

5+ years of BSA experience
Proven effective communication and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Effective facilitation and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and creating and developing business requirements
Ability to develop, plan, and create timelines for requirements delivery during project life cycle
Proven effectiveness in maintaining project targets and deadlines
Proficient in Visio to create process flows
Strong waterfall methodology experience

Preferred

Familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts
IIBA certification or equivalent
Interoperability
FHIR
HL7
