Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they, customers, or end users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project scope and vision.
Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Work independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Focus on solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration with IT teams.
Work on providing highly innovative solution identification of complex problems.

Required
3+ years of experience as a business analyst
Experience translating customer vision into user stories
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, working proactively across teams and with program stakeholders
Experience with presenting solutions to senior leaders
Experience with Agile methodology
Ability to obtain a security clearance (FDA Public Trust)
Bachelor’s degree
Alfresco/Docman and ArkCase knowledge
Ability to analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Ability to manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
Preferred
Experience with user experience concepts highly preferred
Prior experience with FDA operational systems
