Responsibilities
Collaborates with business functional areas and IT staff to research, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Ensures that systems, software, and processes meet the needs and expectations of customers, both internal and external, in alignment with PLTW’s strategic objectives.
Defines requirements for data initiatives and reporting.
Builds and maintains relationships between technology teams and PMO resources.
Researches and documents business needs and creates documentation to support user stories.
Collaborates with other IT Teams to ensure all are working toward the appropriate goals for the business.
Manages backlogs, develops user stories, processing diagrams, and other models to clarify the desired solutions.
Identifies common requests/needs across the organization and collaborates with others to prevent duplicative efforts/systems, building efficiencies, and alignment.
Contributes to the successful implementation, validation, delivery, and adoption of defined solutions.
Analyzes and defines 'As Is' and 'To Be' business processes.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibits superior presentation skills.
Works collaboratively in a remote-first team environment.
Multi-tasks, prioritizes, and is detail-oriented.
Applies creative and critical thinking with a concentration on being flexible and adaptable.
Exercises excellent judgment and ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and efficiency.
Ability to occasionally travel.

Required
An Associate degree in management information systems or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience.
Experience defining requirements for data initiatives and reporting.
Proficiency with issue tracking systems (i.e. JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office products.
Experience building and maintaining relationships between technology teams and PMO resources.
The ability to research and document business needs and create documentation to support user stories.
The ability to collaborate with other IT Teams to ensure all are working toward the appropriate goals for the business.
Experience managing backlogs, developing user stories, processing diagrams, and other models to clarify the desired solutions.
Experience identifying common requests/needs across the organization and collaborating with others to prevent duplicative efforts/systems, building efficiencies, and alignment.
