Responsibilities
Engage in requirements and solutioning sessions, facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and prioritization discussions
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Perform analysis of business and technical needs, documenting requirements, process flows and system logic
Work competently in some phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Develop and update requirements and solutions documentation
Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical team members to develop and prioritize concise and testable requirements/user stories
Create and maintain a variety of technical and functional documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process models, workflows, project plans, user stories, policy standards, test plans and scenarios and user/training guides
Coordinate with developers to build and update technical documents and support architecture and product owner teams
Support solution testing and user acceptance testing

Required
2+ years of proven success in a business analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Visio
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience leading end-to-end workstreams, from discovery to release and post-support
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with Atlassian Jira, DevOps Boards, or Copado
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
