Responsibilities
Develop and document accurate and comprehensive business requirements
Manage data conversion, PAS product configuration, operational readiness, and data feed implementation
Assist in mapping data elements, analyzing source PAS product features, and resolving knowledge gaps
Create Standard Operation Procedures, Agent and Customer portals, and Correspondence and Policy print documents
Build data feeds for accounting, actuarial valuation, commissions, statements, confirmations, and reinsurance

Required
5+ years of Insurance industry product experience
Proven success with system conversions or product implementations required
