Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and support business strategies.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or tools.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to address and resolve issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
