Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrate strong research skills and gather knowledge to progress investigations through written knowledge articles, training videos, and hands-on testing.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with strong customer-service orientation.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Writing and maintaining professional-level internal and customer-facing knowledge articles.
Investment Financial/Accounting applications and processing experience is must.
A strong working knowledge and understanding of Investment Finance and associated principles is preferred.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business analysis role, with the Investment Finance background (Must)
