Responsibilities
Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, etc.
Design workflows, screens, logic, etc.
Complete documentation of process.
Work closely with the stakeholders to develop User and Functional Specifications documentation.
Lead requirements analysis and verification ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Write requirement specifications according to standard templates.

Required
B.S in technology or related disciplines or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related Business Analyst / Project Management experience.
Must have Epicor Bistrack experience (configuration/backend)
SQL experience required
Exceptional interviewing skills
Experience with process design
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and to lead others.
Advanced presentation skills, to present to Executive, Director and Manager levels.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Proven analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources.
Ability to think and respond quickly, positively and professionally to constantly changing circumstances.
